Gold jewellery buyers for Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area
Our shop is on Victoria Park Avenue in North York, on the Scarborough boundary and minutes from Highway 401. Customers drive in from across the GTA because every evaluation happens in person, at the counter, in front of them.

Toronto
Roughly 25–35 minutes from the downtown core
Torontonians have been selling gold to storefront buyers for decades, and the city is full of options — from downtown jewellery districts to mall kiosks. What sets AGN apart is simple: you watch the entire evaluation happen in front of you, at our counter, before any number is discussed. We are a single, owner-run shop on Victoria Park Avenue, not a chain with a quota.
North York
Minutes away for most North York residents
AGN is a North York shop, not a visitor. Our counter sits on Victoria Park Avenue and most of the people who walk through our door live within a few kilometres of it. If you have gold jewellery sitting in a drawer at home, you can be in and out with cash before your parking meter runs down.
Scarborough
10–20 minutes from most of Scarborough
Our shop sits right on the North York–Scarborough boundary, which makes us one of the closest dedicated gold jewellery buyers for anyone in Wexford, Golden Mile, Dorset Park or Agincourt. Scarborough customers regularly bring in 22k South Asian and Middle Eastern gold, and we are comfortable evaluating high-karat pieces properly rather than lumping everything together.
East York
About 15 minutes from most of East York
East York is a short drive up Victoria Park from our counter, and many of our long-standing customers come from the neighbourhoods around O'Connor Drive and Woodbine. Estate and inherited jewellery is especially common here — pieces that have been in a family for decades and need an honest, unhurried assessment rather than a quick offer.
Etobicoke
30–40 minutes via Highway 401
Etobicoke is across the city from us, so we always suggest calling before you make the trip — that way you know our hours, what to bring and what to expect when you arrive. Customers who make the drive usually do so because they want the entire test and weigh-in done in front of them rather than handed over at a counter and returned with a number.
Markham
20–30 minutes south on Victoria Park Ave
Victoria Park Avenue runs straight from Markham down to our door, which makes us one of the easier GTA gold buyers to reach from Milliken, Unionville and Markham Village. Markham customers frequently bring in high-karat gold, gold coins and gift jewellery, all of which we test piece by piece.
Richmond Hill
30–40 minutes via Highway 404 and 401
Richmond Hill sellers usually come to us for one reason: they want to see the test happen. We do not take your jewellery into a back room. Everything is examined, tested and weighed on the counter between us, and you are welcome to ask what every mark and reading means.
Vaughan
30–45 minutes via Highway 407 or 401
Vaughan and Woodbridge families often hold onto Italian gold — heavier chains, bracelets and religious pieces in 14k and 18k. Those items deserve a proper karat test rather than a glance, and that is exactly what happens at our counter before any figure is mentioned.
Mississauga
35–50 minutes via Highway 401
Mississauga is the longest common drive to our shop, so we are upfront about it: come once, bring everything, and get it all done in a single visit. We will explain the karat testing, the scale reading and the sorting as it happens so you leave knowing exactly what you sold and why.
Brampton
40–55 minutes via Highway 410 and 401
Brampton households often hold high-karat South Asian gold — 22k bridal sets, bangles and chains that were bought by weight in the first place. These pieces should never be quoted at a blanket rate. We test them individually and weigh them in front of you so the karat difference is reflected properly.
Pickering
25–35 minutes west on Highway 401
Pickering is a straightforward run west along the 401, and plenty of Durham Region customers make the trip because they want a shop where the counter conversation is about karat, weight and condition rather than sales pressure.
Ajax
30–40 minutes west on Highway 401
Ajax sellers are usually comparing a couple of nearby options before driving in. Our pitch is simple and easy to verify: you watch the testing, you watch the scale, you hear the reasoning, and you decide. Nothing leaves your sight and nothing is decided before you agree.
Not on the list?
We buy from anyone who can visit the shop in person, wherever they are travelling from. Durham Region, Halton, Peel and York Region customers are all welcome — call (416) 551-6400 before you set out so you know our hours and what to bring.
Bring your gold in for a free evaluation
No appointment, no obligation, and no charge. We test and weigh everything at the counter in front of you, then pay cash the same visit.
