Gold bullion
Silver bullion: Maples, bars, rounds and junk silver
Silver takes up far more space than gold for the same dollar value, which is why people usually bring it in by the box. We buy silver Maple Leafs, generic rounds, 10 oz and 100 oz bars, and pre-1968 Canadian coinage by weight.

Key facts
- Silver Maple purity
- .9999 fine silver

How we verify it
- Weight of the whole lot plus spot checks on individual pieces
- Magnet slide test, which silver fails and steel fakes pass
- Dimension checks on Maples and rounds
- Ultrasound on larger bars
Good to know
- Large silver lots take longer to count and verify, so arriving well before closing helps.
- Sterling flatware and hollowware are handled separately from bullion — ask and we will explain the difference.
Selling Silver bullion to us
Milk spots, toning and tarnish are cosmetic and do not change what silver weighs. Bring it in whatever it is stored in — monster boxes, tubes, coffee tins, all fine.
